Appalachian Highlands Healthy Babies, or AHH Babies for short, serves the families of Northeast Tennessee and Southwest Virginia. We are here to provide you with breastfeeding information and encouragement. It is our joy and privilege to introduce you and your family to the importance of Mothering through Breastfeeding.

AHH Babies is led by accredited LLL Leaders. The mission of La Leche League is to help mothers worldwide to breastfeed through mother-to-mother support, encouragement, information, and education, and to promote a better understanding of breastfeeding as an important element in the healthy development of the baby and mother.
